It was a very personal experience.The staff took care to treat me with kindness and respect.The member of staff who stood out was Molly.She was exceptional and went the extra mile to make sure a difficult family funeral ran smoothly.
I would like to thank all the staff for their extraordinary efforts to make sure I felt comfortable and listened to.

From the moment we met Molly, my wife and I knew Banfield & Pomphrey were the right choice. Molly handled everything in detail with all the touches we asked for, keeping us fully informed. My wife was able to carry her Mum's coffin into church and down to the burial site. She wanted to do as much as she possibly could for her Mum and she did, fully supported by Molly and her colleagues to whom we would like to give a big hug and a huge thank you.

Words can't describe how good this company is, they went above and beyond for my dad's service and was there with help and support from day 1..really couldn't recommend these enough. The service and care well exceeded my expectations and made things much easier for us at a time we was struggling.. Thank you to Tony who was fantastic, as we're all involved

Tony, Molly and the team at Banfield and Pomphrey made a difficult time much easier from our first meeting after losing dad. They helped us through the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. From our first meeting Tony was very helpful and patient. He made a very traumatic situation the death of my beloved husband a bit easier to deal with. The funeral was conducted with great reference and understanding. Jonathon who conducted the service at the crematorium was excellent.
