Tony, Molly and the team at Banfield and Pomphrey made a difficult time much easier from our first meeting after losing dad. They helped us through the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. Tony and Molly were our main contacts and were always available and happy to help us with any issue and advice. Very professional throughout and a lovely service. Thanks.

From our first meeting Tony was very helpful and patient. He made a very traumatic situation the death of my beloved husband a bit easier to deal with. The funeral was conducted with great reference and understanding. Jonathon who conducted the service at the crematorium was excellent. I would recommend Banfield and Pumphrey very highly as funeral Directors. Thank you to all involved.

Unfortunately I was not dealt with by the same person, Holidays did not seem to be covered properly. I had to initiate every phone call as i was not contacted when promised. But when it came to the day of the funeral we were treated very well, sensitively and with the utmost respect.

Banfield and Pomphrey was our first choice when my late aunt passed away having used them some years before.
They were efficient, compassionate and nothing was a problem to them, we were able to contact them at any time and they were quick in their response if they were out of the office.
Tony provided a first class service, extremely important at such a difficult time for family, I would not hesitate to use them again should we need too.
